*VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: If your organization is applying for membership for the first time, submit your "group member form" with a primary contact's phone and email, and someone from NPJC will be in touch. Organizations must be approved by our board before joining. This does not apply to individual memberships.

 

NEW & RENEWING MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Once completed (and approved, if applicable), pay your member dues using the "Donate" button You will be given the option to identify which type of membership you are creating. If you are joining or renewing for both yourself (or your family) AND your organization, you can pay the dues in one combined amount, on either page, as long as you fill out both forms. Alternatively, you can download the printable form to mail with a check if you prefer.
