Interfaith Peace Service
Tuesday, January 19 2010, 6:30pm
at Scarritt-Bennett Center's Wightman Chapel
The Nashville Peace & Justice Center, in partnership with
Scarritt-Bennett Center extend a warm welcome to those
of ALL spiritual or religious traditions!
Families with children encouraged to attend, along with all others!!
Interactive as well as interfaith, this service will feature music, prayer
and sacred readings in celebration of peace,faith leaders like
Martin Luther King, Jr. and peacemakers like YOU.
The service is slated to run about 35 minutes, in special
consideration of our smallest and youngest peacemakers
to whom the service's sermon will be geared.
A reception with refreshments will follow in Bennett Hall.
