NPJC Launches Computer Classes for Organizers Beginning in March 2006, a new partnership between the Nashville Peace and Justice Center and the Cohn Adult Learning Center has allowed us to offer two computer trainings to community organizers to help bridge the “digital divide” in our community. One training focuses on creating attractive flyers and brochures using Microsoft Word, the other on managing peoples’ contact information in Excel spreadsheets. Both are a great way to improve your organizing skills!
Computer trainings will continue throughout the year… for more info, contact Jen Cartwright, Director of Education at (615) 321-9066 or jen@nashvillepeacejustice.org.
